How To Order Healthier Starbucks ☕️

I don't know about you, but I love Starbucks. But let's say what it is...some of their drinks are a little extreme. Today I'm sharing with you my options for healthy Starbucks orders!

I encourage you to try this swap next time you go:
Order your specialty latte half-sweet.

This means they use half the pumps in the coffee.

Example: they use 4 pumps in a grande PSL, so half would be 2. (I order it with one and it's still enough flavor.)

Personally, when I order it this way, I have fewer headaches and I just feel better.
