New This Week:

  • Busy Day Dinner's Greek Spaghetti reached over 8.4 million views on Facebook 🤯 So I whipped up the recipe last Saturday for a BBQ and made a Reel/TikTok for it (watch the video here).
  • I used the base of the Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats recipe but swapped vanilla protein powder with a clear berry powder and a tropical frozen fruit. It was amazing and goes to show how versatile this breakfast is. Make it your own!

Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice

It's PSL season and I love the flavors. Here's how I health up a Pumpkin Spice Latte at Starbucks (and most places).

Order it with only one pump of the pumpkin sauce. You can also order it half-sweet (which means they are half the pumps).
